The building designed by FSG will be the first facility both in Daviess County and in the park. Designed to house more than 80 EG&G engineers and technology professionals, the FSG building can be expanded to 40,000 sq. ft. to accommodate expected future growth. It is expected to be the first of three park buildings constructed in 2006.
The initial construction area in the West Gate is expected to comprise about 30 acres, expanding over the next 36 months to 200 acres. In addition to the FSG-designed building, the park is expected to include additional facilities to support NSWC operations and technology growth for the region.
